I am a new software responsible for the company KNX/EIB controller software and need to fix a strange bug with temperature values where the values received and processed show in 100+ then 1000+ deg values before returning to normal.
Between 25.6 and 31.8 deg the values are very wrong while outside of this including minus values the temperatures at the controller show as correct.
My test setup is ets3 on laptop managing the KNX bus connected to the controller EIB/KNX interface and another laptop connected to the controller via serial and ethernet.
I wonder if anyone has experienced something similar?
Using a terminal window with the eib driver in debug mode I see a number of garbage bytes being regurlarly reported. Could this be a clue?
I provide 2 images for info, DatenpunktNr 118, 19.58 deg - is ok, 27.00 deg - shows as 4193.28 deg - not ok
