HS/FS Communication problem Quad client to KNX bus

I have bought a HS4 + Gira 2167 00 IP router and I have problems using quad client (communication on the KNX bus?)

In ETS4 i have like this:
1 New area
1.0 Main line (IP)
1.1 New line (TP)
1.1.1 Gira KNX/IP router
1.1.x several other Components

In ETS4 settings, Communication i have 2 visible connections:
1. Gira KNX/IP router 192.168.1.xxx (individual address 1.0.255)
2. KNX/IP routing 224.0.23.12 (individual address 15.15.1, not changeable ?)

In HS Expert 4.1 I have in EIB &iETS, physical address 1.0.250

I have made a Project with one button, have imported ETS4 Project, use 1/1/10 as on/off, 1/1/11 as status.

If I open bus monitor in ETS4 and choose KNX/IP routing 224.0.23.12 I see the commands that quad client send (yellow line), but nothing more happens, ie the lamp is not turning on or off ?

date and time, from bus, R S=0, Normal, 1.0.250, -, 1/1/10, dest, 6, write, $01, on

Can someone point me in the right direction where to look for errors ?

Problem solved, it was some kind of problem with the filtertable in the IP router as I swapped out my IP gateway to a IP router.

In ETS4 I checked "pass through line coupler" and then unchecked the box, reprogrammed the IP router.

Then I checked "pass through line coupler" again on alla group addresses and reprogrammed IP router again.

And now it is working
