KNX/EIB configure Blind actuator as switch

Hi Everyone,

Sorry i cant write in German.

I want to configure a Jung 2204 REG H or a Hager T223 as switch for lights.
Since i have those as spares and i need 3 more switches at home, can i do it?

Can i program them, so that that blind going down/up would be time infinite, till i hit push bottom to stop blinds? so in this case i wouldnt have a blind but a bulb light?

Hi,

I don't think that the Jung could work that way - but the Hager might by giving it "0" as time for the blinds. This is possible, but it is not documented what happens.

On the other side, I would recommend to buy another actor - maybe one on Ebay or a new MDT for 160 EUR for 4 channels...
