HS/FS Help with HS Logic

Hi all.

I have a simple HS logic that basically sends an IP telegram every time any of the 3 inputs get altered. Works fine.

But now I need to have the option to not send the IP telegram on some occasions. For that I was thinking on adding another input and verify that value to send or not. However I don't know what kind of logic should I use for that

Resuming if the value of the Z1Flag (for example) was 1... it sends runs the rest of the logic. If it is 0... does nothing.

Any help?

I never knew what the lock-out block (that's how it's called in English) was until now. Great.
