Shutter help

Hello all,

I'm very new in KNX field, so if I'm on the wrong place, don't hate me

I have an ABB configuration of equipment, among all I have JA/S 2.230.1. With this I want to control a shutter. And it is working...I have put 10s time for going UP/DOWN. But the problem that I have is when I start the shutter UP or DOWN and press Stop. Then the shutter stops for ex. on 50% off the route. But the if I start again, the shutter starts again and it is ON for 10s. And if it is on the 50% of the route it should not be 10s, it should be 5s. I can find this in seeting in ETS3.

Is this fixeble or what? What should I don in this case?

I guess the JA/S 2.230.1 has only basic functions. The actuator will not know the exact position of the blinds. So when you press UP or DOWN the relays will always be closed for the choosen time (in your case 10 seconds), as long as you will not press STOPP or change the direction.
But your blinds will be switched off by an end switch. So it should not be a problem. In the german documentation I could read, there is no way to avoid this.
