KNX/EIB I have problem in downloading program to devices.

Hi.

Hope every one fine. I need some help. I want to program two devices SC1000KNX and 2308.16 REG HE "Devices from Jung". But it not going to program. showing some error. I attached a snapshot as will. But i am confused where it will appear on page or not.

ich you click on the small triangle left of "Download (All):Failed" there will be additional Information about the error.

Is it possible to program other devices?

I am connected with internet through WIFI..

Before one week i program about 30 devices but now i am facing this problem.

This normally means that you have chosen the wrong device in your ETS project. Please double-check the order numbers of the device in the ETS project agains the one printed on the device.

Also make sure that you have given the individual address to the correct device (using ETS diagnostics > individual addresses).

In rare cases it could be a problem with the device itself.

I think the device having problem.

I download even the ets file again.but i think that the device having some problem.

Unfortunately i have two devices and both having same problem. Hard to believe that both devices having problem. i double check the individual address. i have change the individual address and then try but still the problem is there..

Hi,

your error shows a USB Connection.
Are you connected via USB and work remote on the PC or you try to program via IP?

Are you REALLY sure, that your hardware ist the same as your software in the ETS? It can be 2308.16 REGHE, or 2308.16 REGHM, or 2308.16 REGCHM....

It's a little difference in the number, but you have to select the right device.

Thank you every one for your support. In case of switching actuator i chose wrong one "2308.16 REGCHM". while in case of sc1000knx both devices having problem. I bring a new one from store for an other client and try the same program on that. its working smoothly.
For now i am facing an other headache. Trying to program ips100reg but a new type of error is coming. I cant sleep too much pressure from client and management.

The physical adress of the interface does it correspond to the line adress it is hooked on?
