xx.pr5 Projekt öffnen

Hallo,
vielleicht könnt ihr mir bei folgendem Problem weiterhelfen:

Von unserem Planer hab ich eine ETS Datei mit der Endung pr.5 bekommen. Wollte Sie nun mit der ETS 3 öffnen bzw. importieren, aber es kommt immer die Fehlermeldung das dies nicht möglich sei.
"Kann keine ETS3.0d-Exportdateien in eine ETS3-Datenbank importieren"

Wo liegt der berühmt berüchtigte Denkfehler?

Um pr5 Daten zu improtieren, brauchst du die Ets3f.
(Dies wurde mir mal so gesagt).

Dein Planer kann das Projekt Abwärts kompatibel (xx.pr4 oder 3) abspeichern und Du kannst es dann öffnen.

I have kind of a same problem with it. I can't open pr.5 projects in ets 3.0f. The error message is as folow:

Export/Import error in plugin (null): This product can only be treated with the included software, that is not installed on your PC. Inport a up-to-date database. Application Program Switch Value/1.
Contact the manifacture ABB for a up-tp-date database.

I already have a up-to-date database inported in ETS 3 from ABB.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

You should in any case contact the manufacturer. Possibly, you do not have the most recent database (even if you think so) or possibly the problem is known to them and they are working on a solution. Maybe they have a work-around already!

I already have. They said that i should download the latest version of the datebase. And they have send it also to me but I still have the same problem. They are looking at it right now but still don't have an answer from them. Perhaps i should contact the German department i stad of the Dutch. Maybe they have a soulution for it...
