scada without group addresses

Question about visualisation

Is it possible to make visualisation without group addresses?
For example, there is a sensor connected to controller KNX and not having the group address, but in visualisation (might be Elvis) it would be much desirable seeing its value.
How to take up information from datapoints directly in scada without binding their in group addresses

I think its not possible to show the value of any Sensor if you dont know his adress....

With B-CON we have develope a binding methode to SCADA objects directly from the objects of the KNX database. Let me know if you are intrested in this technologie please call my office. One of my colleague speaks your language perfect.

Hello Lex2009,

if there is really no way to use a group address, Elvis can also read data from interface objects and from device memory. The drawback is that the device cannot send the value spontanuously but Elvis has to poll cyclically - with the effect of a higher bus load.
