Darstellungsproblem mit Gira Communicator

Hallo,

habe auf einmal Darstellungsprobleme mit dem Gira TKS-IP- Plugin (siehe Fotos)... Lief bis vor ein paar Tagen mit richtiger Darstellung im oberen Quadranten,
jetzt auf einmal so verschoben.

Habe schon den Communicator neu installiert, bringt aber keine Besserung.

Hat jemand eine Idee dazu?

It's a software bug.
This issue occurs when the DCS plugin is set as the first
plugin in a quadrant. As a workaround just add another
plugin and place the DCS plugin as the second plugin
in quadrant 1.

Thanx, but that's not the Problem I think.

The Plugin is the third in the first Quadrant. I have already removed it, than the Projekt retransmitted, afterwards I have it added back to 4th place.... The result is the same....

Es ist auch so, wenn ich das Plugin runter in den 2. Quadranten schiebe...

Strange I had this same problem - but my solution has helped

Ich habe das selbe Problem.
Allerdings nicht auf jedem PC/Laptop/Tablet.

Nur wenns auf einem Gerät das Problem gibt, spielt es keine Rolle an welcher Position sich das PlugIn befindet.

Ist aber bei Gira bekannt und sollte "demnächst" behoben sein.

Ok, danke erst mal.... Dumm nur das bei Gira "demnächst" = 1-2 Jahre sind.....

Ein halbes Jahr ist zum Glück schon rum

Gibt es hierzu eine Idee wie ich das Darstellungsproblem gelöst bekomme? Auf meinen Visu PC läuft Win 8 und mittlerweile QC Versin 4.3... Habe bei der Installation des QC 4.3 vorher alles deinstalliert, sogar den Comunicator. Alles wieder neu installiert und immer noch das gleiche Problem. Muss ich etwa Windows neu insatllieren????

Das Problem titt auf wenn die Darstellungsgröße von Windows verändert wird (100% auf 125% oder 150%)

Ok, danke das war es. Entweder ich hatte vor ein paar Wochen an der Gira Hotline einen Honk oder die wissen das selbst nicht....
Da kam nur das Ding mit "darf nicht das 1.PlugIn sein"
