IPS100REG Error

Dear All,
Hope everyone is enjoying KNX Technology.
Good new first then going toward problem . I pass the KNX Advance course.
I am facing one problem since yesterday. I am trying to program the IPS100REG but its giving me a error which is attached in Picture. I try on two different devices but its same.
Any one can help please i have no idea. i spend lot of time on different testing. I am feeling Headache now.

oh. it was easy. i just press the bottom programming for six second. Make the device to the factory setting and i finish downloading the program.
