    KNX/EIB No answer from MDT... :(

    Hi.

    I've tried contacting MDT on e-mail 3 or 4 times on service@mdt.de, knx@mdt.de and palitza@mdt.de but I get NO reply from them...

    I have some questions regarding the AIO-0210V.01 and Grundfos VFS-5-100 flow sensor, but they won't answer me back. Not even a reply that they got my message and will come back to me.

    I was planning to buy for around €2000-3000 in different MDT KNX equipment, but now I'm having second thoughts...

    How can I get in contact with them?

        When exactly did you write your first email to them?

          The correct email for MDT support is support@mdt.de
          Pls try again.
          If you don't get a answer within 24hours, something is wrong!
          Maybe your email was detected as Spam and deleted.

          In this case send a fax or give us a call.

            Dear Kaj,

            Why don´t you ask your supplier? I Don´t think the MDT support is able to ask every end user question. Here at the forum they do (in most cases). If you not are direct MDT customer, you should first ask your supplier.

            At the moment MDT is preparing to recommend suppliers with good support and qualification on their homepage. If you choose to buy from a supplier with no support or poor support, the manufacturer is not able to do all the first level support.
