KNX IP frames from Gira router

Hello,

I have a Gira 2167 IP router that I upgraded recently to the latest 3.0? firmware. It now outputs:

(a) a KNX IP frame with service ID 0538h, every second or so
(b) some telegrams have additional information of type 0Ch

I cannot find either IDs in the specs. Anyone knows what these are ?
