Hello. I have a problem with the Busch Jaeger prion tripling frame namely the installation of the new firmware 0.1.7 dated July 2016 I have no temperature reading on the display and the function of the heating control disappeared. I tried to upload an older version of the firmware but there is no such possibility. Is it possible to restore the device to factory settings? I will be grateful for your support. Regards Darek.

do you have make a update vom the BCU? you need the new Applikation Version 1.5 into the ETS.
whitch version of the display do you have?
on the backside of the Display is a number. is this the version: 6351-101?
If you use the Applikation 1.5 into the ETS you need a Firmewareupdate from this Displaytype.

Thank you for the information . After 60 hours re-programming of devices have come to this. Sorry but to do this I had to uninstall and reinstall PowerTool. Download configuration files to the Ets. The problem is that it is not possible to tpl. file migration . device to the latest firmware. All I had to do from the beginning :-(. I still have a problem with my older devices, namely devices (2 pieces) that have BJE 1_5 hardware, firmware 0.1.7, 0.1.6 GUI (11) after loading a new configuration file is useless. No display no user settings ,buttons do not work. Display is a number. is this the version: 6344-8-2.G. Regards Darek.Kommentar

i have think you have the display into the top list and not the 3,5" Display
Busch Jäger have change the products on beginning this year! If you have buy new items this year and old items last year you can have new and old versions of this productline
