HS/FS Gira DCS / Homeserver Logic

I'm having a problem getting a connection between the Gira DCS-IP Gateway (doorbell) and the Homeserver (logic modules)
I entered the correct Homeserver data (ip / login / password) in the DCS-IP Gateway setup and I enabled this DCS in the Expert software.

When I run the following logic function as a test, to see what the doorbell actually sends out, I just get nothing :/ (See image)

There must be a problem somewhere in the connection between the DCS and the HS... Anyone have an idea what I could check?

I have tested some more and found out, that I cannot recieve anything from the doorstations, but when I send a command to the TKS-IP gateway, that does work, so there has to be a connection between them.

I assume that the second image is correct, that this is the correct username/password that I have to enter in the DCS settings? Or do I have to enter a different username / password here?

No!

The "user" has nothing to do with DCS. You have to choose user/pw in TKS-IP-GW and then you have to enter the same combination in Experte - Sonstiges - DCS-Settings.

That's really strange, because according to the help files of the Homeserver, in " Experte - Sonstiges - DCS-Settings" , I should enter the username / login of the TKS-IP-GW?

Against all odds, following the advice of MatthiasS tried a new username/password combination, specifically for the HS/DCS connection, restarted both the HS and the DCS, just to be sure (HS allways has to be restarted)

It works!!!! Super happy now!


This is not wel written in the user manuals of the HS / DCS, could be made more clear to novice users like me, but I think this done intentionally
