Jung 5094X TSM and scenes

Hi!

I´m tring to fix the following scenario:
If I set up a a Jung 509x TSM push button with a Venetian blind function and choose toggle.
Is it possible to turn on and off lights with a short press and recall a scene with a long press?
I'd like to turn the spotlights on 100% but I want to be able to turn them on att maybe 30% if I get up at night.
Or is there any easier way to cconfigure this?

The Button switch must be : 2-Channel-Operation

First Switch on and off toggle
Second 1byte valuator for Scenenumber

Where do I enter the scenenumber? And does it react to the long push?
