ABB i-bus IPS/S3.1.1

Hi,

First of all sorry for my English.

I have recently come across an issue with my ABB i-bus IPS/S3.1.1

I am running ETS 5.7.4 and i-bus tool 1.9.42.0 on windows 10.

ABB i-bus IPS/S3.1.1 is directly connected to my PC via cat5 ethernet cable and my device has a static IP address.

I am able to ping ABB i-bus IPS/S3.1.1 from windows10, but in ETS 5 is says ' The Interface was not found' and same in the i-bus tool it is not able to find the device.

I have restarted the device many times and i tired in my old PC which has windows 8.1 but no matter what i tired it is not working.

If some one can give me advice that would be great .

Does your PC also have an IP address in the same IP subnet as the device?

Yes, it is in the same subnet.

Bus : IP is 10.252.1.1 with subnet 255.0.0.0
PC : IP is 10.252.1.2 with subnet 255.0.0.0
