Siedle & Jung

Has anyone experience with Siedle & Jung ? i'm trying to setup Siedle Smart Gateway and Jung Smart Control 5". Everything seems run well, but when I push the botton, the Smart Control doesn't start, only show the image when I select it and I can open the door. Also I need to open other door, but i don't know.

Today, I update the Smart Gateway to the last firmware, but it doesn’t solve the problem.
