ETS inside gives an error when downloading with '...check the topologie...'

Hi all,

I'm just starting out with ETS Inside but can't download anything to my devices, I get an error (in dutch).
It mentions that the individual adress was successfully downloaded but the last check failed. Please check your topologie.

After checking this I can see the individual adress of the IP interface is 0.0.1 and the rest of the devices are on 12.0.x. Since the IP is not on the same line this should be the problem? But how do I fix this? In ETS inside all individual adresses are automatically assigned?

For some more information, the IP interface is a 'jigsaw' from comfortclick. And for those that can read dutch in the attachement are some screenshots and the error.

Can anybody help me? It is very much appriciated!
And if I'm just doing something else that is wrong and can cause this problem, please tell me.

Transferring knowledge from ETS professional to ETS Inside I advise to check the communication interface in the ETS Inside; I guess that the "IP interface is 0.0.1" is part of the interface properities and should be changed there (first picture)

In case you can't change this see the limitations of ETS Inside:
Number of lines you can use: One line per project

you can try giving your devices PAs of 0.0.x instead of 12.0.x

As an ETS Inside project does not contain line couplers - the most common cause of this problem - I don't have an idea what went wrong here without seeing log files.
I recommend that you open a support ticket at support.knx.org.

Unfortunately I also don't know the 'jigsaw' interface and also could not find any detailed information on their web site. You don't have another interface at hand for testing, or?

No I'm a home owner trying out knx for the first time, so I don't have another IP interface. I'll try the first suggestion and see if I can change the individual adress of the interface with the demo version of ets professional. If this does not work, I'll log a ticket. Thanks for your support.

I don't think it works with the ETS. The server looks very much like a Raspi to me. Probably an eibd / knxd will run on it. Changing the PA would certainly have to be done with the server's configuration tool. I can't see a KNX logo there either. But it's certainly worth a try.
