I Will try again in english..

I am looking for a simple way to control dimmers depending on the time of day, so basically if I turn on a light at night it should be dimmed to 25%, can this be done without Logic modules??..

No (except you want to use a battery of push-buttons and scenes, but this wouldn't be smart).
