Gira X1 visualisation and reverse operation of blinds

Hey I have Gira 504000 actuators and Gira X1. I've started doing my visualisation and in gira app if I set blind to 0% the motor drops the blind to the bottom.
I can't see any option in the actuator or X1 to reverse that behavior. Does that mean that motors are wired "in-reverse" and I should switch inputs on the actuator to fix the problem?

I've been browsing various documentations about standard but I couldn't find the information about data types and percentage of blinds. Should 100% mean that the blind is completely open or that it should drop down to the bottom of the window?

In the Gira technical documentation you can find this definition:
    • upper end position = 0 %
    • lower end position = 100 %
To change the behavior of the actuator you have to change the channels A1 and A2 for example like you say "I should switch inputs on the actuator to fix the problem".

The most intuitive hint is the visualisation function for the X1 with the slider.

100 % means cover is closed / down.
Some actuators support reversing this in the application. If not you would need to switch the wires.

Yup, thats what I expected, seems gira does not allow software reverse of the channels

You can reverse it by a logic. 100%-input=output. You can connect input to your visu and output to the actor.

It would need to be bidirectional (or twice) for command and state. Imho it's easier to just switch the 2 cables.
Other visualizations / logics will also expect it the same.

Switching 2 wires usually is quicker than developping any logic and whenever you have the chance don‘t cover mistakes by workarounds, just fix the error.
