Upgrading Gira 50 40 00 with new application

Hello,

There was a new application released for Gira 50 40 24-relay actuator - version 2.5.

I have actuator that is on version 2.2 - ETS allows me to change application version to 2.5 - but ETS fails with error about "protected memory" access or wrong product versions.

What is the right procedure to carry out an upgrade? I've tried unloading the program - trying to flash fresh 2.5 - no luck.

the application 2.5 works only with the firmware 2.0.22. The device firmware can you update with the ETS ServiceApp.

You will find the ETS ServiceApp into the myknx account.

Thank you - where is this documented? Because I couldn't find any information about that.
