ETS Service Apps JUNG und GIRA

Hallo zusammen,

wenn ich die Jung Service App starte erkennt sie erstmal erfolgreich alle TN die in meinem Projekt gespeichert sind. Wenn ich dann auf Firmware upgraden drücke, läuft es nicht mehr. Dort werden dann zwar alle JUNG Geräte außer meine LS Touch erkannt (hatte da schon einmal einen Forenbeitrag zu gesehen aber da hieß es dann leider nur "Ah jetzt hats geklappt" aber nicht wie und bei keiner wird das Firmware Update durchgeführt. Was kann ich hier machen? Jemand eine Idee? Komme nämlich leider nicht auf meinen 16er Schaltaktor drauf... Und auch nicht auf meine Gira G1 PoE (first Gen)

Und die GIRA Service App ist noch schlimmer. Sie erkennt erstmal alle Geräte - soweit so gut. Wenn ich dann Firmware Update klicke, erkennt er allerdings wieder nur das gleiche Subset wie die JUNG Service App. Also irgendwas scheint hier komplett nicht zu stimmen. Weder der IP Router, noch der GIRA G1 PoE (first Gen) werden erkannt.
