I am currently building a KNX distribution cabinet for our single family house, but I am uncertain what is the proper way to fuse/protect the LED stripes, which are very few actually. We will have will have 3 LEDs in the living room, around 35-40W each, 4 external(façade lightning) LEDs, around 40W each, all at 24V. I am planning on using 1 AKD-0424R2.02 for the internal ones and the same for external ones with Meanwell HLG(seems the most common choice) 150W for the internal and 240W for the external ones. Or maybe 2x240W in case we decide to change something in future.
I read some of the previous discussions, but I am still uncertain what is necessary to adequately protect the LED stripes. What is the proper way of fusing the stripes? Is one fuse per PSU enough or each LED channel should be protected separately? What are the most appropriate fuses/breakers to be used?
