ETS SW version for personal project

Hi All
I am very new to KNX and i need your advice.
Sorry for my English (my German is not so good).
I am planing now my new house with MDT devices and i like to ask Regarding the ETS software.
As I understand There are few versions of ETS: Lite, Professional and demo. (I assume did the SW is the same but the license is different).
The question is Which version do I need for my personal project? Can I use the demo version? or i must buy the Lite version? Best Regurds Eyal

ETS demo: 3 devices
ETS lite: 20 devices

20 devices is normally not enough for a private home. That means: Go for ETS 5 Professional.

by devices you mean also the light switches ? (Taster) ?
on my project there are 12 light switches and 3 Aktors.

That means: 16 devices including IP interface. In that case LITE would fit.

"Device" means every part on your KNX bus that has an KNX interface.
