Node red logic to check and dynamicaly set a group address value

Hi

I have a MDT Glastaster II with one Button configured as a switch. It only sends true to the group address. What I want to achieve when the button on the MDT Galstatster is pressed:

1. In Node red, first check what is the current value of the group address.
2. If the value is false, set groupaddress to true
3. Have a trigger that fires after 30 min and sets the Group address value to false

I cannot get it running, can some put me in the right direction please.
Below a snippet of my flow where th logic from above should be implemented, but this one creates a circular reference error and the KNX device gets disabled.

You don't need the change node, if you have configured the MDT-GT2 correctly.

You only need an delay node.

Or a function node with a 30min delay and output message false.

Für was braucht man da node red? Geht doch eigentlich nativ in KNX. Und wenn ich da „Ruftaster Aufenthalt“ lese, gehen bei mir schon mal die Alarmglocken an! Vielleicht auch zu Unrecht, aber ich hoffe Du baust keinen Behindertennotruf etc. in KNX nach…..

I think i did not describe it correctly:

The MDT sends always true to the group address . In Node red, when I watch the group adress it will always be true. Means I have no time to check the Current value of it. even when I set manually to false. As soon as I press the button it will be true again. That is how I understand the KNX Ultimat node documentation.
See my screenshot, I have set the Value to false via ETS. When I would press the MDT Button now , It would fire a true and my flow would kick off.

@ventos66 : Naja, soll in unserem Betrieb dazu dienen, die Kollegen zum Feierabendbier in einen Aufenthaltsraum zu "locken". Dazu die Taste. Ich muss noch diverse Datenbankabfragen machen, Mail zusammenstellen usw. Da brauche ich Node Red. Kann man eigentlich nicht als Behindertennotruf verstehen, vielleicht als Biernotruf? :-)

Naja aber warum muss da auf false geprüft werden. Es kommt ein Telegramm halt ein true und dann beginnt was auch immer du da machen willst. Licht an, Ansage vom Band usw. Wozu muss da vorher was auf false stehen?

Vermutlich ist Dein gesamter Gedankengang in der folgenden Logik komisch und abseits des eventgesteuerten Prinzips des KNX.

Oder sind da soviele Leute die da ständig aus Spass auf den Taster drücken?

gbglace : Dein Delay hats echt gebracht! Danke für den Hinweis.

Der Glastaster hat ja diese LEDs. neben jeder Taste. Der Gedanke war (KNX hat in dem Fall wer anders programmiert):

- Wenn ne 1 auf der GA ist dann blinkt die LED grün (Signalisiert dass die Taste gedrückt wurde, ich muss nicht nochmal da ja schon benachrichtigt wurde)
- Nur wenn eine 0 auf der GA ist soll der Flow losmarschieren um das Spammern zu verhindern (ja diese Leute gibt es bei uns :-) )
- Nach dem Flow soll nach X Minuten eine 0 auf die GA geschrieben werden damit wieder benachrichtigt wird.

Also war der Gedankengang in der Tat ein wenig wirr :-) Aber durch den Delay und einen zusätzlichen Trigger funktioniert nun alles wie gewünscht! Danke für eure Hinweise!
