Gira G1 2077

Dear
In a project, two G1 devices (branded GIRA) used in DCS system as indoor station.
Early system worked properly and G1 devices matched wireless network.
After a while noticed the system faced a problem. The problem is G1 devices can't find wireless networks by searching button.
On the other hand, I can't reset factory these G1 devcies. There is no menu in setting to do this.
How can I fix this big problem?

To reset a G1, you have to use GPA (Gira Project Assistant).

but how I can connect to GPA when G1 not assign to a network wireless?
I need a hardware solution

There is no hardware solution unless you have an LAN connector.

G1 is available with three different types of connectors:

WLAN and 24V oder 230V
LAN with PoE


If you can't access it by WLAN any longer, all you can do is to get a PoE module and connect it with LAN and try to perform a factory reset.

Btw, if several G1 devices have the same problem with WLAN connection, maybe it is a good idea to check the WLAN side of your installation.

i fix it!!
download a file (if you want i will send you that link) and copy in mini sd so rest the G1.
rest factory now
