HS/FS Gira TKS - Integration without Gira HomeServer

Hi,
I'm sorry my post is in English. However, feel responded in German. Google Translate will help. :-)

I have a Gira TKS (2 Türstationen, Steuergerät Video, Gira Codetastatur, Gira TKS-IP-Gateway).

I would like to integrate this solution in my home automation (OpenHAB) without using a Gira Homeserver. I am aware this is not easy, but I am hoping that the Gira TKS-IP would "open" enough to allow integration with other solutions then the Gira HomeServer.

More specifically, I would like to:
* Get some sort of signal when someone rings the door (via HTTP, MQTT,...);
* Capture a picture. The adres is http://IPADRESS:88/cam01.jpeg. However, when I access it trough a webbrowser, I get a "not authorized" message,
* Trigger the electronic door opener;
* Identify who has entered a valid code in the Codetastatur;

Does anyone have an idea how to do this?

I think you could use a tcp/udp Binding.
