HS/FS UZSU understanding problem

Hi,

Since the beginning, I've an understanding problem with the UZSU.
Although I manage to make it work, it's more by accident than by knowledge

In the Experte, I see the:
EIB-Steuerung / Universal-Zeitschaltuhren
Oberfläche / Menü
On the Client side, I see a menu and actual data entry

Would someone be so kind to list the right sequence of events (reboot included) with a word of explanation, please ?

It is quite easy

In the Experte you setup a new USZU first and add all the commands that you may use within this context.
E.g: you setup an USZU for the outer area. Within this area you may have serveral outside plugs. Therefore you need two commands: for OFF and ON.

In the client you can setup several clocks (copies ) of this USZU and you may choose which of the earlier commands you want to use. E.g the commands during weekdays may differ from the commands on weekends.

Oberfläche / Menü

Should I start with EIB-Steuerung / Universal-Zeitschaltuhren and define the events ?
Then go on with Oberfläche / Menü and define the commands ?
Reboot
Finally, in the client, define the hour/day
reboot

Is that correct ?

The only thing you setup in "Oberfläche/Menü" is the entry for the USZU, which means you create the "Entry" and choose the USZU you want. The rest will be done within the client and/or browser.
No need to define the commands there.

So:

• create new USZU "reboot"
• add command "reboot" there
• add menu entry for USZU and choose "reboot"
• upload to and reboot the HS
• navigate to that USZU and enter one ore more entries for day and time. You may choose out of the options for sunset/sundown, Holidays, celebration days....
