HS/FS - √ - Back-up / Restore

Hi,

I've made a mistake in my project.

How can I look into a backup, without restoring the project, just to read and write down a parameter, go back to the current project and correct the mistake.

Try to make a copy of the backup folder, rename it and open that renamed project.

I'm a bit scared by this restore option. It's not clear to me what is what, and what should be selected in case of a restore.

Also, I'm doing a backup of the project since years, when I tried to open it, I got a message "this is not a valid project" ûû

You should have backups in
"C:\Users\xxx\Documents\HS+FS Experte 2.6\Projekte\your project"

the projekt file itself named *.hs3bak1 and the referring folders "*.bak1"

You should be able to rename the project file to NEWNAME.hs3 and the folder to NEWNAME. To keep the original backup, copy and paste that file and the folder first!

The open the Experte and the Projectfile "NEWNAME.hs3"
