David, I suggest that you invest into an hour or two if coaching for KNX programming. With teamviewer and remote access you can learn a lot in this time, and your coach can see the problems quickly. This is much easier than trying to explain your problem, guessing what it might be and then understanding the answer. Timing might be a bit difficult, if you cannot offer a timeslice within the normal working day.

You should try again opening up your account for private notes („Private Nachrichten aktivieren“).
