Gira Control 19 Client 2 nach Stromausfall startet er das System nicht mehr

Hallo, ich habe ein Gira Control 19 Client 2 verbaut und leider ein Problem. Ich habe bei mir im Haus aufgrund der Notwendigkeit das ganze Strom abschalten müssen und kurz danach wieder eingeschaltet. DAbei hab ich vergessen der Gira Client davor runter zu fahren.

Ergebnis ist, dass er nicht mehr hochfährt. Nachdem mehrmals und längere Zeit nur das GIRA Symbol aufblinkt kommt die weitere Maske die Recovery zu starten was aber wieder nur auf das Blinken vom GIRA Symbol führt.

Ich gehe davon aus das die Festplatte defekt ist? Kann mir da jemand weiter helfen oder mir sagen wohin ich das zur Reparatur versenden kann?

Bei der Lieferung war ein Recovery USB-Stick dabei- boote von diesem.

Bei den neuen Gira Control 19 Client 2 steht beim USB Stecker dass die VErwenung vom Recovery Stick zum Systemausfall führt?

Korrekt! Beim 2er war eine Recoverypartion auf der Festplatte! Da gab es nie einen Stick. Ich habe auch noch eines, das ich mal reparieren muss. Dann evtl Windows 10 oder so darauf installieren. Im Forum gab es mal link zu den Treiber des Touch.

I guess you have the same problem. I fixed more than 10 of these already.
Mostly it is the internal power supply. During recovery the unit asks that much power, the (old power supply) can’t give and then it will reboot. Because of the reboot it will enter the recovery mode again. Send me a message if you want me to repair it.

Ich hätte noch ein defektes im Keller liegen, welches das gleiche Problem hatte.

Wenn also jemand das ganze haben möchte, würde ich es Euch zustellen.

i connected an external power supply (laboratory type)

same behavior (black screen and small light on top on)

so it seems not to be the power supply.

also tried external monitor. DP port. no difference.
also removed HD Plug.

no change.

Are you very sure it's a good power supply? I had here a LAB power supply too, but it was about 8 years old.. the capacitors of that power supply were also not good anymore... same behavior...

Can you connect a good multimeter at the same time? Do you see a voltage dip (very fast) ?

First I took an other PS… same
then I took a lead battery 8Ah… same

connected mainboard direct to battery… same

even I I disconnect nearly all plugs from mainboard
I hear a slight „click“

the led of the network card light up then the strange click comes, both led off the small led on top is switched on and after a short second one of
the network led starts flashing …

I am confused
