Baustein 9043

Hi,

I'm using Baustein 9043 (Kategorie "Zeit-Funktionen").

When comparing the output of the Baustein with the data from a local weather station, I noticed a time difference of 4min in the morning and 2 min in the evening. Isn't this a bit too much ?

My house is 30Km away from the referenced weather station.
While trying to clear the problem, I've setup the Baustein with the exact coordinates of the weather station, same time difference.

Which one should I trust ? or, how could I cross check the data ?

the Homeserver logic module 9043 'Sonnenstand' calculates the results using an approximation formula. I have decided that it ist good enough for me after studying this.



The (german) word in question to google for is 'Zeitgleichung'. If you have plenty of time, get a pencil, a writing pad (and not to forget a bottle of red wine), and then read the page mentioned above and compare here.
