Hi,
I am planning to install a new lightning installation, potentially making use of a DALI gateway to my KNX.
It concerns about 44 ceiling spots spread over 12 different groups of which at least half of them should be dimmable. Average wiring distance to the spots is about 5-12m (separate 3x2,5mm2 to each pair of spots).
After reading the forum I ruled out the Tridonic TE0105 one4all with halogen spots due to excessive distance of secondary wiring (>2m). The other more low-frequent Tridonic DALI variants are too expensive. Assumption so far was to use universal dimmers with electromagnetic 230->12V transformers.
I however found the Tridonic 350mA DALI constant-current led-driver and wondered if this could be of any help in my situation. Most powerLeds with GU10 or GU5.3 socket seem to be either 12V or 230V variants with integrated electronics which make them non-dimmable.
Are there any powerLeds existing that do not contain these integrated electronics and that can be driven by the Tridonic 350mA driver directly?
Note that I am looking for leds with GU10 or GU5.3 sockets.
And finally, are the Tridonic devices somewhere sold on-line? EIBMarkt and other sources do not seem to offer it...
Thanks for your help.
