Hi Jagerp,

I assume you know about the Busch Voice Control as well. I cant seem to find the manual on the website. Hence asking you the question-Can i use the voice control as an interface to program KNX as the Control Touch can do? I have a project where the client doesn't want an app & only voice control so i wont have a chance to put in the Control Touch.

I want one button that switches off all lights. (1bit-sending only "zero") the push row button function i cant achieve this apart from creating a scene, i cant think of any other way. Any suggestions?

I have 3 control touch projects all working fine.

Now i want remote access and i am past the 30 day period. So i have paid £1.69

1. How do i allocate which of the 3 projects will have remote access? i.e. which control touch will have remote access i dont see anywhere where i can say this serial number will have remote access active.
2. It says on portal upto 10 devices. Is that 10 control touch? i.e. 10 projects or 10 devices as in 1 x iPhone/1x iPad/3 x Samsung etc?
3.On the manual it says go to the device itself and set up remote access. I have done this and its not working.My understanding is there is more than one place where remote access has to be activated. Please can you advise the exact procedure on how to set up remote access?

1. The remote control is assigned to the end customer account. And when you have more then 1 device in this account the all are having this remote access.
2. You can have up to 10 ControlTouches with 1 remote access
3.

• First activate your subscription to the remote access on mybuildings.abb.com. VERY IMPORTANT: it must be an End-customer account and NOT a Installer account.
• First open web-browser and active under Settings -> basic -> Busch-ControlTouch Remote Access
• Open your APP on your Smart-device and click on the Wrench key. Go to settings -> account -> Activate Use remote access

You can use an 1-byte telegram RTC Mode and you can than use this for time programs. Please see the pictures

Can you please tell me the best way to change the mode via timer? So i want for example: 10am to mode to change to comfort ; 2pm-Standy ; 5pm- Economy.
I see you can create scenes and use timer. Is there no other simple way?

Jetzt mal so blöd gefragt: Kann es sein das DER GERÄT keine relative Sollwertveränderung kann?! schließlich sind wir im ABB/BJ Land unterwegs und da gibt es nur relative Sollwertveränderung.

Die große Frage ist jetzt was meinst du mit relative Sollwertveränderung? Wenn du meinst dass die Temperatur nur als +3...-3°C angezeigt werd hast du recht, dass geht leider noch nicht.

Hm, ich stehe gerade am Schlauch.
Befinde ich mich Lokal im Netzwerk, kann ich die Konfiguration aus der Klaut auf den ControlTouch laden.
Befinde ich mich nur auf der Klaut/Busch-Jäger Konfigurationsseite, dann kann ich die Konfiguration nicht auf das Gerät Pushen!

Muss ich das im Gerät vornehmen? Da finde ich keinen Punkt dazu? Der Fernzugriff ist aktiviert... oder muss ich da noch was im mybusch Jäger Portal verstellen?

Das einzige was man machen muss ist in die App die Seite runter ziehen und das Gerät holt sich die neue Konfiguration!

Hello,

I have a problem with Control Touch App in iOS, when My client open the app to open the garage door, sometimes, the app not responds, appears a message that can’t connect and He need to try sometimes, in the AppleWatch this error appears most frequently. I have a dns configurarted and this error appears connected internally via WiFi or remotely far of the installation, can you help me how can improve this situation.? Thx!
