Please explain to me why after each power loss in the building (this happens several times a week due to the fault of the energy supplier) the device loses connection to the Internet network and only turning off the power in the device restores the connection. Devices on my network have a static ip address. which is assigned to each device in the router. I will be grateful for the tips. Regards Darek.

@jagerb Habe mal eine Frage. Ist es nur möglich Philips Hue Birnen einzubinden und über KNX zusteuern?
Ich würde gerne Philips Hue Bewegungsmelder einbinden und auf den Bus bringen um Lampen am Aktor zu steuern? Wäre das möglich?

Do you use one of this Antivirus Softwares: ESET, NOD or Kaspersky?

Because they have the function "protocolfiltering" or something called "Content filter of application protocol"
When you have this, please deactivate it or put the IP address of the ControlTouch in there as an exclusion.

I tried clearing the cache, but it didn't help.

After several hours of hassel I finally got through all the steps, updated to 1.3.0 and loaded the configuration. After that I went to install it at the client, but then I couldn't get it to connect to the internet. (I had DNS activated).

After all that I have ordered a new one.

The Busch-ControlTouch is awesome, but it's hell to do the easy first steps in the unit when it's set up for the first time! If the next page loaded directly after pressing "next" it shouldn't take more then 2 minuets to set up!

How can it be? ????

Which Web browser are you using? Because it will not work with Edge or Internet Explorer. Please use Chrome or Firefox. And when you still have the problem, try to clean you Cache.

I've tried every web browser, but with no difference. I use Chrome on both my computer and smartphone.

But I haven't tried clearing the cache, so I'm gonna do that. Thanks!

I have a big problem with the Busch-ControlTouch that I can't possible be alone with having?!

When I try to configure the unit local on the IP-adress I can't do it with the computer. The website is just loading and not going anywhere. If I open a new tab with the same IP-adress then the wizard appears and I can choose language, but then again the website just loads and nothing happens.

If I use a smartphone or a tablet it work 100% perfect all the time I configure the unit local.

Me and my colleagues have installed 6-7 Busch-ControlTouch in various homes and they have all been the same! Very annoying!

But now with the latest unit I'm trying to install I have extreme problems to connect to the unit with both my computer and smartphone/tablet! One time I succeeded partly, but I had to reset it to factory settings. And now it's impossible to get further in the wizard then to chose the language and some times also the page with the terms to except.

Why is it like this?

You can change the font size under Preferences in your app. This should fix your problem.
