I was used to the older type of firmware upload screen, where you had to manually select the firmware file... Sorry again for the stupid questions...

Finally risked it to upload the new firmware + data, and now the buttons start to work as they shouldWhen I press the comfort/standby/... buttons, the display of the TS3+ in the room also changes to the correct status. So far so good.
Next question in my quest to get everything setup correctly:
Where can I set fixed values for my operating modes? In the bathroom I want comfort to be 26° for example. But when I am in comfort mode, it goes to 21°, when I manually change this value to 26° and I change back and forth from comfort -> standby -> comfort, it is reset to 21°?
As this has never worked, this is all new for me, even if this setup is allready 6 years oldI actually stopped searching 6 years back, so now I want to keep going untill it actually works, I hope you guys have enough patience with me...
Also, in the Quadclient setup, you have the choice between multiple heating templates, what is the difference in use of the 1-122 or the 1-103?
So many questionsZuletzt geändert von Houseofdreams; 22.12.2017, 11:35.

Regarding your question on where to set the temperatures: you can do this in ETS, in the parameter settings for the TS3+. You can specify the temperature for each of the modes. Search the manual for "Setpoint temp. comfort mode (heating)(7.0 °C...40.0 °C)". The next sections then explain how to do this for the other modes. Keep in mind that there also is a setting whether or not these values need to be forced onto the device. If 'Yes', then the values you set in ETS will be effective after a download.
It is also possible to set these values at the TS3+ itself, using the menu and following the instructions on the display. If you change it there, and want that to be permanent, you also need to define this with the proper parameter in ETS.
Review carefully what you do versus what you want. If you want the user to allow changing the settings, and those settings need to 'survive' a download or power failure, then select the 'No' option to force these ETS settings onto the device. (Obviously then, whatever you set these values to in ETS will not be applied to the device - so maybe you want to first download with a 'Yes', then set that in ETS to 'No' so that subsequent downloads will not irritate the user).
Hope this makes sense.
I do now know about your other question, other than that I can guess that that other template maybe is if you have your controller serve two circuits.

Status update: not much progess sadly
As mentioned, when I press the mode selection buttons in the app, the display of the TS3+ changes, as do the temperatures. As Bramlangen said, I have now setup fixed values for the seperate operating modes, each different per room as needed.
What is still not working currently:
- When I press "Comfort mode" for example, as mentioned, the correct requested temp is set, the logo changes on the TS3+, but not in the app, there it still goes wrong.
- The "ins" temperature in the app (but that could be my own mistake, will test)
Second image is the current settings in QuadConfig... I have compared the settings with the PDF that was shared earlier, but it isn't easy, constantly having to switch between english/german/dutch...
I have no idea what could still be wrong..

Mostly guessing, as I am not a QC user. My guess is that the HS cannot know you switched the status when you select a mode on the TS3+, as there is no GA tied to that object (#90). GA 2/7/2 should be a 1-byte object (it looks like you have it as a 2-byte, tied to another status KO).
First remove all connections of 2/7/2 in ETS (you may have to delete it entirely if it does not allow you to switch GA type), then tie 2/7/2 to #90 of the TS3+, and to 'Status of operating mode' (the second entry in your screenshot of the QC interfaces).
Whether this resolves the issue or not: be sure to have a running ETS group monitor to see which telegrams are sent on the bus when you switch mode on the TS3+. To ensure the HS also sees all that, check the HS EIBMON.
Succes, en geef de moed niet op!

Success!
Another step forward. My error this time was in the configuration of the Quadclient admin. If you think about it, it is actually very logic that I didn't get any status reply in the app, as I connected a wrong GA to the "status of operating mode"...
I compared it to the workings of a simple light switch, where you have to put the same GA in both fields (switching/status) to get it to work correctly.
Still a few steps to go untill I'm satisfied, but I'm getting there.
Next problem to tackle:
When I ask for 26° in the bathroom with the press of the comfort button(like the screenshot above) The temp is set correctly, the PWM of the bathroom goes to 100% (so the ouput of the heating actor is switching the valve "on") but the room & the radiator don't heat up. It stays at 23°
No idea yet where to go from here, so any ideas welcome, I will also put my progress here, so it could maybe help someone else out in the future..You do not have permission to view this gallery.
