    Arcus-EDS IMPZ counter halted?

Hi. A couple of days ago, I switched from my old ETS3 files, to ETS 5. (and Gira expert 4.2 to 4.5, so also a new firmware on the homeserver)

Since then I'm having problems with the watercounter, like the topic said, it's a ARCUS-EDS IMPZ (from 2011 or something like that). Before the large update (ETS/HS) the counter worked flawlessly for many years, and it still is working like it should be.

But when I know reques the current usage value in ETS, it keeps giving me the same usage number for the last x-days, while on the meter itself (in between the water pipes) the correct higher number is visible.

I have no idea what could be wrong here? I assume I'm not having to update something in the IMPZ to make it's readout "compartible" with ETS5?

    Any help welcome!

After a shower, wich should be at least 100+ liters, the ARCUS-EDS counted only 7 liters in ETS, but on the physical watermeter part, the counter has gone up much more...

I have absolutely no idea what is happening... I havent reprogrammed anything in the Arcus-Eds since last time it worked..

Are you sure the "Counts per Unit" filed and "Exponent" drop-down is set correctly?
There are two applications for different serial numbers. Check https://www.arcus-eds.de/download_ets.html#c1910
But since you haven't reprogrammed it it seems strange.

And how strange it was, when the pulse counter stopped, in the same strange way it started counting again... Haven't changed a single setting...

Only remaining problem is, that the counter on the meter itself, still differs from the ETS value (around 200 liter) but I'm not going to start changing values, risking doing something wrong... If anyone still has an idea what went wrong, or what I can do to set the value tot the correct one, please do so
