I am a system integration engineer currently working on a KNX lighting control project. I am trying to configure an old Altenburger dimmer, but unfortunately, the manufacturer is no longer in business, and I cannot find the required ETS application program anywhere online.
Here are the specific details of the device:
I managed to find an old 2009 Altenburger database archive, but it only contains version 2.2 for this specific order number. When I tried to force download V2.2 to the device, I received a "BCU Mask version mismatch" error. This means the internal communication chip has physically changed in the V3.0 hardware, and I absolutely need the V3.0 database file (.vd, .vd4, .vd5, or .knxprod) to proceed.
If anyone happens to have this specific V3.0 file saved in their personal archive or old project backups, I would immensely appreciate it if you could share it with me.
