I fully understand what you are saying, but still don't know how to do it.
Your example is about a Symbol Visu element, do you have a "text" example, please ? (yes I know it is the same, but ....)
The big red line is to tell me how to do it ?
If yes, well that's the way I've always done it until I bumped into ver 4.4.
I've removed all "Abfrage", the mess is almost cleaned, but a couple of errors still persist

Attached is an example where my data type is the same as yours (EIS5), and the dynamic text type is the same too ((0.00 floating point).
I wonder why you have selected 'Seite abfragen' for this element - I would set the action to 'None'.
When this page is called, the HS will automatically populate the element with the value of (in your case) 100/7/42, formatted as for instance 1.20. There is no need to do anything else. The way you have it now the page will refresh when you touch the value (the 0.00 in your screenshot). I doubt you need this or want this.
If you expect the page to display for instance 1.20 (meters of water level) instead of 0.00, then you need to figure out why the value has not been populated (0 is the default value for this KO upon reboot). As this is an internal KO, you cannot query it to get an update - the actual value is coming from somewhere else. If this would be a KNX device, then change this iKO to an external KO so that you can query it when you reboot the HS. If it is not a KNX device, then the value will refresh whenever that device sends an update (through UDP?).
You must have had some good reason to give this an internal KO. In one of your other screenshots I noticed that you use the KO-gateway. Let's assume that this value only is updated by your measurement device whenever the level changes by x cm, or you set it to update every x minutes. If either one is the case, then simply 'remember' the last value by either setting the 'Remanentspeicher' flag for this KO, or use the logic to restore the value at reboot (an example of where this is done for a couple of KOs is also shown in the attachment).

Tackle the errors one by one. You mention you still have four errors, I don't know which ones they are - but my guess is that these errors all are based on the same basic principle - you have not restored or recalculated the KO value upon reboot.

You must be well over your 1 hour per year HS time by now....

I "finally" managed to get the iKOs right.
I used to put the "Abfrage" in the title of a Visu page, kind of easy way to refresh all the values in the page .... and forgot about it.
