KNX node for node-red

Hi all,

i am not quite getting it. How do i have to configure a node to only read a value from the KNX Bus when triggered (for example in a flow) and not react to any changes from the BUS itself? For example the temp changes from 25 to 26 the groupaddress is updated with that new temp. But the node should only react and read that value when triggered the next time and not through the update of the address.
Can someone help me with the settings ?

Hallo seid dem Update kann ich zwar sehen wie in Nodered was ankommt und der status sich ändert aber es wird anscheinend nix an den bus gesendet .

Woran kann das Liegen

Diese Meldung kommt beim start von node red

Yes but i dont understand it and the failure also is on the on/off lights .

This node is a terrific contribution, and it is generally working very well for me. Thank you so much, TheMax74 , for everything you are doing!

There is one thing that I am struggling with, and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong: I am using a node in Universal Mode, and the problem is with a specific GA:

"Preset - V_Z01_01" "0/4/1" "" "" "" "DPT-5" "Auto"

This GA is exported from ETS as DPT-5, and recognized by KNX Ultimate as DPT 5.001 (Prozent 0..100%). However, in ETS it is is actually set as DPT 5.010 (Zählimpuls 0..255). This seems to create incorrect payload values.

Manually adapting the ETS Group Address import list for this GA to "DPT-5-10" resolve the miss-match and creates correct payload values. But of course I would prefer to not to have to adapt the import list manually.

Any thoughts on what is happening here?

It’s seems something wrong in the Datapoint type in ETS. Can you post a screenshot of ETS, where i can see the group address and his datapoint?
