If Fuhr really says that they never changed anything on the lock, their statement is definitely wrong. I use the daytime latch function very often, the lock is not locked but only the door leaf is closed and I can assure you 100% that nothing changes at pins 5 + 6, only when the lock locks. Even if it sounds stupid: in this case, it's better to believe us who use the door every day and don't Fuhr, at least provide an additional contact in the door leaf or have Fuhr confirm it in writing that it is exactly as they say and for you The rework, if it doesn't have to be that way, will come at a financial cost, otherwise you'll just end up being annoyed when the door is installed.

      As I‘ve written before:
If the reed from the leaf and the reed from the lock are connected in series, then the documentation of Fuhr is correct.

If the door is closed AND locked, then the contact verwegen 5+6 is closed.

These two quotes are the key part.

When I use the unlock function, the leaf is closed and the signal 5+6 is open.

What Fuhr may be also talking about is that they don't assume the daytime function. They assume "locked door = closed leaf = closed door" and "unlocked door = opened leaf = opened door". But as you said, using daytime function the lock can be unlocked but the leaf is still closed at the same time. And this is critical because I plan to use the daytime function.

Of course this whole thing is getting annoying. Yes, I will have to do that - have it in a written form that 5+6, as they claim, is a leaf status, not a lock status.
