The actual ETS Inside server setup will be available in MyKNX next week.

I got an reply from KNX Support saying "The ETS Inside product is currently not available. Please note that the product will be available in MyKNX from Monday 20.02"

If I read your answer it could even be later than Monday?

I must also ask why the marketing info says something is available Now but it isn't and there is no info about this whatsoever on the homepage or even Facebook?

May I ask where did you find the statement that the ETS Inside is available? It might be a mistake.

The actual ETS Inside server setup will be available in MyKNX next week. However, the ETS Inside Apps are already available in the respective stores (e.g. Apple Store, Google Play, Windows Store) and they can already be downloaded free of charge.

This is a very good question! We will also add it to our support help centre! So, it needs access to the camera, because in case you have a KNX device that supports KNX Security, you can scan the device certificate that is encoded as a QR code.

Hello Manuel83 , the App is visible only if you are browsing with an iPad. If you are with an iPhone, it's not. You can find the iTunes link here.

uwe1 Actually, it can run properly on all Android devices having a minimum resolution 1024x600 px. Unless you mean something else. Could you please send me a screenshot?

isn't type of device the problem? Or are phones supported?
