uwe1's answer is correct. You have to install the ETS Inside server to a Windows 10 computer (see the requirements here) and then install any ETS Inside client to access it. The client can be an Android tablet, iPad, Windows. In case of Windows client, you can install it on the same computer where ETS Inside server is installed and access the "localhost". For more information, you can always consult (if your English understanding is ok, don't worry, we will have the content also available in German soon) the new support centre for ETS Inside at https://support.knx.org. The content is constantly being updated and more information and pictures are added.

). Moving the dongle is no problem at all. However, the device with the visualisation and the ETS Inside server remains on the installation (as well as the project of the ETS Inside). You will have to have a second ETS Inside server to your "test" system.
