Wichtig ist der Softwareupdate auf die neue Kamerasoftware 4.1.4.70.

Dann kann man richtig flott zB. Auf gespeicherte Bilder zugreifen

Ersteinmal installiert und gesichert :-)

T24 IP packet to HS

Hi,

Someone already managed to send a packet from the T24 to the HS ?

I guess, on the HS it is done via the "IP Telegramme Empfang" but what about the protocol and port number ? How can I know if a specific port is free ?
Which protocol to use for the IP Notify on the T24 side ?

The idea is to trigger an IP telegramme when someone rings the bell, and capture it by the HS for further processing.

Any hint about how to do it ?

You've a sharp eye.
I've put the spaces on purpose, otherwise the forum puts a funny smiley instead of the correct syntaxe.
On the real stuff, there are no spaces.

Hi,

I'm experimenting with the HTTP API.
The idea is to issue http requests from the phone to address the relays (as seen on the Mobotix forum)

It works fine as long as the command are issued from the local workstation where I've already done a log-in.

I'm unable to make it work from a remote station. When I issue a HTTP request, I get a pop-up asking for username & password (if I enter the data on the phone, the command is executed correctly, I hear the relay click).

I've tried basic authentication in the URL (username : password@IP addr) but it gives a "host not found". So, the trick doesn't work.

Anyone having some experience with HTTP API or the remote control ?

T24 keypad blinks

Hi,

After having sone inconsistencies, I've done a "reset to factory defaults".
Autoconf works fine, annonce the IP addresse etc, but at the end all keypad buttons are blinking, endless.

I've done a hardware reset on the keypad (short-circuit the 2 pin for 10sec), I hear the acknowledge beep, reboot, autoconfig, same result.
I can access the T24 via IP.
In the MX-Bus status log, the module IO1 and keypad are in blue: available (not active).
In the log file, no red message.
I see that the service encryption is well being stopped, but I don't see it is being started.

NB: no external cable is connected to the T24. The device is new, never put into production.

Any suggestion, please ?

Meine Frage: Kann ich das "Klingeln" des integrierten Klingeltasters (via CAT5) im LAN erkennen und im HS weiterverarbeiten (um es im Haus Läuten zu lassen und das Kamerabild auf die Visu zu bringen?).

Anyone managed to make this work ?

Cisco phone 9971, Asterisk and T24

Hi,

I'm still trying to make the Cisco VoIP phone 9971 and Asterisk to work with the T24.
When hitting the door bell, the phone rings, I pick-up the phone, audio is OK but there is no video (black box)

TechSup says this combination is not supported, so I turn back to the forum.
Anyone managed to make this combination work ?
