Pairot: Das erste offizielle KNX Modul für HomeKit

Ein kurze Thinka update:

Unsere Software Kollegen arbeiten non-stop an Thinka, und es gibt fast jeder Woche ein Software update
Weil es momentan nur ein Thinka für Echo gibt wird hinten die schirmen gearbeitet an Unterstützung von mehr sprach Assistenten.
Ich kann leider nicht alles darüber schrieben aber sobald es etwas konkret gibt melde ich mich hier gleich.

The protocols are: Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa and Google home/assistant
All 3 can bridge simultaneously to KNX with one device.
Not all protocols support alle KNX system devices, see documentation.

FvanGeel I have another question: supports xxter Pairrot the Alexa playback controller Interface? If it supports the Controller, could I define for the different actions the belonging KNX-GAs?

The Pairot support the Smart Home Skill. KNX is not used so much for Audio/Video, so the Pairot has no support for the Playback interface.
Also when audio/video is integrated in KNX this would be (in most cases) bridging to another bridge, which is not optimal. It would be better if the audio/video interface themselves would support Alexa.

I've been using the Pairot for about two weeks now and I'm very happy with it. We use an Apple Homepod and Siri to control mostly lights and window shades and it feels like living in a science-fiction movie :-)

FvanGeel : Do you plan to integrate DALI-gateway support for the Pairot?
