    Hi
hmmmm…. You probably have some issues with the udp tunneling. Knx-Ultimate adhere to the KNX standards most as possible, so if it has problems in sending of any telegram, it tries 3 time to send it, as per knx standards, then it drops the connection.
Not all knx nodes in nodered palettes does the same.
Glad to hear that it’s working in multicast routing, but you still may have some networking issues, to be found and fix. ;-)

Can i call a HUE scence with your node? Any plans to implement it ?

        Hi epogo.
Currently not and yes, it's planned. Do you need something else apart the scene?

          Hi Giovane,

I have a problem with the hue light.
It‘s possible to turn off and to dim.
          But not to switch on.

I took a screenshot of the error messagey

There are not too many options to make a mistake in the configuration….

            Hi Olli
The two links aren't working. What version of KNX-Ultimate are you using?

            Kommentar

Im using the latest Version 2.1.32 with the battery sensor.
The link was just for the picture in the post.

              My workaround at the moment:
              knx-motion-sensor GA --> knx-ultimate-node
If true, then send 100% dimming value to knx-ultimate-node --> knx GA light-dimming
If false, write to knx-ultimate-node --> knx GA light on/off

              knx GA light-dimming --> knx-ultimate-hue-light dimming

Thanks by the way for the tap-dial-node. Now I have a new controller for my sonos...

                Hi Olli
Ok, got it. Your light doesn't support GAMUT and this hasn't been correctly handled. I'll work on that... please stay tuned.

I have a group of four lights which should be controlled by one GA on/off and one GA for dimming.
Is it possible to add a hue-group-node?

I'll update to the latest version when I'm at home today. When did you upload the version .33?
My last update was yesterday, maybe I'm already using .33

The lights are two ikea tradfri and one HUE edison

No no. You are on .32, because i've uploaded the .33 5 minutes ago, to fix your issue.

                              Hi
the group light control is now inside the hue light node.
                              V. 2.1.34 is out, with this addition, plus a massive fixes and huge rewrite of the hue engine.
I'll add the "blink color" functionality in the next days, as soon as i've some spare time!

                                Hi Max,

first I want say a big THANK YOU for providing knx-ultimate to the community!

                                Short intro:

In 2018 I decided to install KNX in my house. I use it for controlling lights,
heating, shuttes, opening garage and house doors, monitoring fire alarms and
some surveillance stuff and of course some bells and whistles as most of the members here.
I did all by myself. Its working fine and stable - of course by solving some issues
with the help of this great forum :-)

Then I wanted to have the controls on a mobile device too.
I installed CometVisu on a Rasperry Pi and made it running
                                (in most cases) too.

But still there are some open wishes:
                                - color picker (now available in cometVisu)
                                - link to HUE lamps
                                - alert messaging by SMS, push notification,...
                                - audio output
                                - logging data

I evaluated different alternatives to realize this -
adding some sw packages to raspian/CometVisu or to change to OpenHab -
but with all it would have become a lot of work and
unpredictable success for me as a linux amateur.
By the way - maybe I am to stupid (I am an el. engineer with some
programming skills) - I played around with Openhab a few days
but I didn't really get what I am doing there with things, items, channels, ... LOL

                                Regarding knx-ultimate:

Recently I found some info about Node-red and knx ultimate here.
Looking into details, a recognized THAT is what i need!

So I am playing around with Node-red and porting one by one functionality to it.
Wow - how easy! For all my above wishes there seems to be a solution
                                available!

Regarding embedding HUE lamps I would like to share some findings.
Some behavior resp. setup works not as expected - may I share here?
