Kann man den Basissollwert zur absoluten Sollwertsteuerung verwenden?

Dann muss in #264 die GA = 5/3/1 Sollwert 2byte auf genau das KO-7 im MDT AKH verbunden werden

Da würden Bilder helfen, auf welche KO welche GA verbunden ist.

Im Prinzip muss beim Sollwert unterschieden werden:

• Die GA = 5/3/1 Sollwert 2byte muss auf alle KOs verbunden werden, die den Sollwert absolut vorgeben wollen. Der MDT AKH kann das nicht!
• Die GA = 5/3/3 Aktueller Sollwert 2byte muss auf alle KOs verbunden werden, die den Status des Sollwerts lesen wollen. KO-9 beim MDT AKH.

Die Control Touch App sollte also den Sollwert nur über die GA = 5/3/2 Sollwertverschiebung auf das KO-18 "Sollwertverschiebung (1=+/0=-)" senden. Dafür muss sie aber den Datenpunkttyp 1 bit bekommen.

Das sieht nach einem heftigen Integrationsproblem aus ... ist mit "Control Touch App" die APP "Busch-ControlTouch" aus dem Mac App Store gemeint?
Welcher Glastaster ist es denn?

stehe etwas auf dem Schlauch beim Einbinden vom MDT Heizungsaktor in die Control Touch App.
Folgende Ausgangssituation
5/3/0 Istwert 2byte
5/3/1 Sollwert 2byte
5/3/2 Sollwertverschiebung via 1byte
5/3/3 Aktueller Sollwert 2byte

Am Glastaster regle ich das ganze mittels der 1byte Sollwertverschiebung.
Verändere ich den Sollwert am Glastaster wird dieser auch im Control Touch übernommen.
Wenn ich am Control Touch meinen Sollwert verändere wird dieser nicht am Glastaster übernommen.

Hat jemand eine Konfiguration bei der ich etwas spionieren könnte?

Hallo, ich habe Doorbird und Controltouch integriert. Funktioniert ganz gut für die statische Visu an der Wand. Für Push-Mitteilungen auf dem Handy braucht man aber die Doorbird-App.

um die 2-Draht Sprechanalge an die App zu kriegen benötige ich das IP Gateway der Welcome richtig?

Kannst du eine bessere, wenn möglich komplette Alternative vorschlagen um Hausautomation und Sprechanlage in einem auf dem Smartphone zu haben?

Was ist "Welcome@home"? Meinst du Busch-Welcome? Welcome und Control Touch APP sind verschiedene Geräte, die nichts mit einander zu tun haben. Das eine ist eine Visu und einer Logikmaschine in LUA, das Andere ist eine Sprechanlage.

Du kannst jetzt auf einem Endgerät (z.b. Smartphone) die App für den Control Touch App einrichten und parallel für die Busch-Jäger Welcome. Beides in einer App gibt es leider nicht.

Hallo,
ich habe folgendes Verhalten bei Dimmern in der ControlTouch App:
Verschieberegler auf Null ziehen schaltet den Kanal wie gewollt ab, das Schaltsymbol zeigt kurz den Status ‚Aus‘, springt dann aber wieder auf Status ‚Ein‘. Diese Anzeige ist falsch. Andere Statusanzeigen in der Installation, z.B. die Status-LEDs der Lichtschalter, zeigen ein korrektes Verhalten. Ist das ein Bug in der App, oder lässt sich das über eine Einstellung beheben?
Das Ein-/Aus-Schalten über das Schaltsymbol des Dimmers in der App funktioniert einwandfrei.
Ich bitte um Hinweise oder Vorschläge.

Hallo zusammen,
ich versuche mal kurz mein neues Problem zu beschreiben, welches nach dem Firmwareupdate oder nach meiner lokalen DSL-Anschluss/Router Änderung auftritt was ich leider nicht mehr feststellen kann.
Der BJ-Support hat mir schon einige Dinge genannt warum das auftreten könnte aber kein Erfolg, deshalb hier ob vieleicht jemand ähnliche Probleme hat.

Mein Netzwerk besteht aus einer FritzBox 7490 die der Router ist, dahinter erzeugen Apple Airports/TC im Bridge Modus über ein Switch verbunden mein WLAN (direkte anmeldung der Geräte im FritzBox WLAN kein Unterschied des Fehlers nach Syncronisation des 6136/APP)

Dieses Problem tritt bei einem anderen BJ-Gerät (anderes Haus) mit gleicher Netzwerk Struktur nur an einer FritzBox3490 genauso auf.

Wenn ich einen Alarm in einem Profil erstellen möchte, sehe ich alle (über QR-code) eingebunden Geräte:

In den Bedingungen tauchen dann nur leere Zeilen auf und nur in der Anzahl die nicht nach APP löschung neu eingebunden wurden:

In der Präsenzmeldungs Konfiguration sehe ich dann genau diese Anzahl, hier mit Einträgen, aber nicht die neu angebunden Geräte!.

My client informed me that, out of nowhere, the application started to work as it should, via mobile data. I am speechless because this problem lasted for months. and not only the iphone and app has been restarted countless times, but also the phone has received a complete factory reset where all data and apps had to be reinstalled... None of our actions seemed to have any positive effect (only working through wi-fi, but not via cellular data on the IOS latest IOS)

A few days ago, support via info.bje@de.abb.com Showed some interest to the issue and suggested some steps to establish that there is not a basic connection problem.

their reply was as follows:

"Many thanks for your kind inquiry.

We have checked the remote access with the latest iOS 13 version and also iOS 14 beta, over cellular to a ControlTouch on production.
This works just fine here. So we assume the app on your mobile device has a problem with a connection via cellular and has to be completely restarted, to make sure the connection is reset correctly.
Could you close the app from the background first, than to switch off the mobile device, start it again and reopen the app, please.

Please check the connection via cellular.

If it doesn't work we need additional information.
"

And then they proceed to give instructions so they can start a troubleshooting procedure, examining the way the internet provider connects to the internet for that specific phone - provider combination.

My concern is... the app miraculously started to work fine via cellular data.. before the troubleshooting procedure even started.

As developers/integrators/installers/tech-geeks/etc you can understand my concern.. because if there is not a clue on what fixed a problem, nothing is learned. And if / when this issue were to reoccur I would still be completely hopeless.

Hello! Sorry for using English. I have read most of this thread using google translate, and I have found lots of useful information already! Many thanks for that!

There is a problem I can’t solve though.
I can’t make the application work on an Iphone with IOS 13.3 and later, using cellular data. The application displays either “no connection” or “Remote access error, the service is not available at the moment, please try again later”. Of course, I have checked that the mobile data plan is active, and also that other applications can use cellular data just fine on the same device. Also, I have thoroughly checked for any phone setting that could restrict cellular data access to control touch app… but everything is a “green light”.
When wi-fi is switched on, the application works fine! Not only in the local network, but also from any remote network.

I have tried running the app on both an iphone xs and an iphone 11pro, and they both did not work via cellular data… (but worked fine via wi-fi)
In order to make sure that it’s is not the mobile data provider’s restriction (eg blocked ports or whatever), I set the iphone 11pro as an access point, and used it as a wi-fi network for the iphone xs. The control touch application worked fine!

It seems like the application cannot interact properly to the latest IOS versions, and can’t utilize the phone’s cellular data.

On an older iphone running IOS running 12.4.5, the Control touch application worked fine using the remote access server, on both wi-fi and cellular data mode!

Also the app works great with any android device I have used.

I greatly appreciate any answer. I am the system installer and I am banging my head to the wall trying to make the remote access work on my client’s phone. The server is up and running since January 2020.

ich habe heute versucht eine paar Änderungen im mybusch-jaeger Portal zu machen. Leider musste ich feststellen ... mein Profil mit alles Menüs und Seiten ist verschwunden. Die App funktioniert noch ohne Probleme. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit diese wieder herzustellen?

Go to group addresses and then set as in the following screen. Works between B.J.Prion and B.J Comfort Panel and Comfort Touch. All devices are as "master". In my case it never works as "slave". shift.PNG

Hi Everyone,

I am new here and having heard a lot about this forum i thought i will ask your help. I have tried the local ABB/Busch support but they haven't been very clear or i am not able to get what they are saying.

I am using the ABB Control touch and have used it ever since it was released and love it!

But recently they introduced the internal RTC in the control touch and it has caused few issues but ABB/Busch have sorted it.

But now i have a project with old Berker RTC and want to use the Control Touch as the slave and i am struggling!

Now you can see i am on comfort mode and the rest of the RTC like in the Den/Study (which are not slave they are master) shows the setpoints and has the capacity to change the setpoint using "+" and "-"

BUT

In the slave RTC (Named RTC Test MB) i am not able to do anything. Its showing the right mode, but i cant change it and i rather see the comfort setpoint like in the den and study.

Can any one help me here and point me in the right direction on what i am doing wrong?
