RF Arduino Konnekting device in KNX RF network

I am not an expert in computing, however I would like to ask if it is possible to use the Konnekting software to turn an arduino board with an RF transceiver (in the KNX frequency) into a KNX RF device that can exchange telegrams through the "air" with a KNX network (which obviously has a KNX RF coupler) instead of a cable connection. Thanks

I'm not sure if it's possible to attach the the KNX RF frequency and create thereby an "DIY KNX RF Device". I think that this has not been tested/evaluated so far.
