But the GA with 2/5/xx are my status adresses from the ets that i use for position, The adresses 2/1/xx are the adresses for Driving the raffstore and the programm put it himself into the status adress. when i delete them its the same Problem.
Could it be that there is only 1 Bit status possible??
So Open and closed only?

How could i visu the position from my raffstores?

Wie bekomme ich als Endkunde Zugriff auf den ControlTouch?
Mein Elektriker ist mir da leider keine Hilfe, hat mir nur gesagt das geht über eine Anmeldung auf myBUSCH-JAEGER.
Hab mich also auf myBUSCH-JAEGER als Endkunde angemeldet und wie bekomme ich dort jetzt mein Endgerät registriert?

Sie müssen Ihren Elektriker bitten, einen Einladungslink an Ihre E-Mail zu senden. Danach können Sie auf den Link klicken und ein Endbenutzerkonto erstellen und dann erneut auf denselben Link klicken. Sie gelangen auf eine Seite, auf der Sie das Gerät registrieren können, indem Sie die Seriennummer auf der Seite des Geräts (und auch im Konto des Elektroinstallateurs) eingeben. Dann sollte es klar sein. Entschuldigen Sie mein Deutsch, ich habe Google Übersetzer verwendet.

Hello Vimal,

No there is no known problem with Windows 10 it should work. We know that there can be a problem with different display drivers, but this can be fixed by checking the point "graphical option" under settings.

ich mal wieder:
Mein Kunde hat ein Problem mit der Anwesenheitssimulation. Die nimmt ja so weit ich verstanden habe Telegramme auf um sie später wieder abzu spielen.
Wenn bei ihm die Simulation aktiv ist werden verschieden Lichter mitten am Tag eingeschaltet obwohl die im Normalfall, also wenn die Aufnahme läuft nicht tagsüber eingeschaltet werden da es ja am Tag hell ist.

Woran kann das liegen?

Peter hat Ende 2019 davon geschrieben, dass man das Gerät ab sofort ohne Internet programmieren kann.
Auch im I-Magazin wird von einer Offline-Inbetriebnahme gesprochen: https://www.i-magazin.com/neue-funkt...-controltouch/
Gibt es dazu eine Anleitung o.ä.? Erfolgt die Konfiguration über das Web-Portal oder über eine Windows-Applikation?
Das Handbuch ist von 2017, da hab ich diesbezüglich keine Infos rauslesen können.

Die Offline-Inbetriebnahme geht wie folgt.
- Über das Web-Portal wird noch immer das Gerät konfiguriert.
- Dann kann man das ganze Projekt unter: Geräte, dann auf das Gerät klicken und dann auf das Symbol Speicherkarte
- Dann entsteht ein Datei das heißt: controltouch_configuration.xcf
- Diese kann man dann Offline direct im ControlTouch über den Webbrowser unter System hochladen

Du hattest mir erklärt wie ich die HUE-Adressen auch von einem Tastsensor aus schalten kann. Danke dafür noch mal. Was ich nicht hinbekomme ist das dimmen. Wenn ich meinen Taster auf Dimmen stelle sendet er einen Dimmer Schritt Wert (4bit). Die HUE Adresse im Controltouch erwartet aber einen Datentyp 5.001. Wie bekomme ich das zusammen? Danke vorab für Deine Hilfe!

mein Elektroinstallateur hat bei mir KNX mit Busch Jäger Komponenten und einem Control Touch installiert.
Ich habe den Control Touch als Endbenutzer registriert und hatte auch kurz die Möglichkeit über myBuschJaeger mir das Profil anzusehen.
Leider hat der Zugriff über myBuschJaeger am nächsten Tag schon nicht mehr funktioniert, das Gerät wird nicht mehr angezeigt, und seither versuchen mein Elektroinstallateur und der BJ Service mir den Zugriff wieder zu ermöglichen.
Im Zuge der Fehlersuche kam die Frage auf warum ich als Endbenutzer überhaupt den Zugriff benötige, da ich als Endbenutzer eigentlich nichts damit tun könnte.
Ist das so?
Ich dachte ich hätte zumindest die Möglichkeit die Anzeige in der APP zu verändern, Szenen hinzuzufügen und in die APP einzubinden, usw.
Oder ist es tatsächlich so, dass das alles nur der Fachmann kann, d.h. ich für jede Kleinigkeit den Elektroinstallateur beauftragen muss?

Hallo Alex,

Genau dafür ist den Endkunde Zugriff gedacht. Du kannst da Ansichten ändern, Bildern hochladen und ändern, Szenen in die APP einbinden. (Erstellen macht man direkt in die APP). Auch die Benutzer Verwaltung ist da erreichbar und when du Sonos nutzt kannst du da Klingeltöne oder Text to Speech Ansagen ändern. Auch den Fernzugriff kannst du (wenn du die haben willst), dar einrichten.

Dann will ich mal hoffen dass mein Elektroinstallateur und der BJ Service meinen Zugriff über myBuschJaeger bald hinbekommen und ich ändern kann.

Hi Everyone,

I am new here and having heard a lot about this forum i thought i will ask your help. I have tried the local ABB/Busch support but they haven't been very clear or i am not able to get what they are saying.

I am using the ABB Control touch and have used it ever since it was released and love it!

But recently they introduced the internal RTC in the control touch and it has caused few issues but ABB/Busch have sorted it.

But now i have a project with old Berker RTC and want to use the Control Touch as the slave and i am struggling!

Now you can see i am on comfort mode and the rest of the RTC like in the Den/Study (which are not slave they are master) shows the setpoints and has the capacity to change the setpoint using "+" and "-"

BUT

In the slave RTC (Named RTC Test MB) i am not able to do anything. Its showing the right mode, but i cant change it and i rather see the comfort setpoint like in the den and study.

Can any one help me here and point me in the right direction on what i am doing wrong?

Go to group addresses and then set as in the following screen. Works between B.J.Prion and B.J Comfort Panel and Comfort Touch. All devices are as "master". In my case it never works as "slave". shift.PNG

ich habe heute versucht eine paar Änderungen im mybusch-jaeger Portal zu machen. Leider musste ich feststellen ... mein Profil mit alles Menüs und Seiten ist verschwunden. Die App funktioniert noch ohne Probleme. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit diese wieder herzustellen?

Hello! Sorry for using English. I have read most of this thread using google translate, and I have found lots of useful information already! Many thanks for that!

There is a problem I can’t solve though.
I can’t make the application work on an Iphone with IOS 13.3 and later, using cellular data. The application displays either “no connection” or “Remote access error, the service is not available at the moment, please try again later”. Of course, I have checked that the mobile data plan is active, and also that other applications can use cellular data just fine on the same device. Also, I have thoroughly checked for any phone setting that could restrict cellular data access to control touch app… but everything is a “green light”.
When wi-fi is switched on, the application works fine! Not only in the local network, but also from any remote network.

I have tried running the app on both an iphone xs and an iphone 11pro, and they both did not work via cellular data… (but worked fine via wi-fi)
In order to make sure that it’s is not the mobile data provider’s restriction (eg blocked ports or whatever), I set the iphone 11pro as an access point, and used it as a wi-fi network for the iphone xs. The control touch application worked fine!

It seems like the application cannot interact properly to the latest IOS versions, and can’t utilize the phone’s cellular data.

On an older iphone running IOS running 12.4.5, the Control touch application worked fine using the remote access server, on both wi-fi and cellular data mode!

Also the app works great with any android device I have used.

I greatly appreciate any answer. I am the system installer and I am banging my head to the wall trying to make the remote access work on my client’s phone. The server is up and running since January 2020.
